Ermis says NO, is a project of ESIMET especially designed for Transporting and Courier Companies, with the goal to educate them about the consequences of transporting counterfeit goods. We are pleased to inform that since 2017 many transporting companies of Greece have join our cause !!

This specific program IPTM - IPTRUSTMARK is developed exclusively by the Trademark Companies Association and the European Institute of Industrial and Intellectual Property, has already been presented at the first conference of the Association on 07-10-2017 and has been registered prior to the presentation with a copyright filing act in all the European Union in notaries and law firms.
Any attempt to steal, including the possibility or attempt to issue special signs or certifications, such as the one in question and from anyone, including public institutions, IP organizations in Greece and abroad, institutions etc, will mean the immediate act of any legal action since this act will be an act of theft, tampering and violation of our Intellectual Property. Greek and foreign authorities are aware of this project as well as the consequences civilly and penalty.
IPTM - IPTrustMark is a European Accreditation Trust Mark Program that aims to make the consumers feel secure about their purchase when they buy from a physical or an online shop etc and the merchants to re-secure their Byers about the authenticity of their products. But IPTM is also useful for the services provided by various companies also related to the general trade, such as courier companies etc.
Protecting Industrial and Intellectual Property is something that concerns all of us.
